Course Overview
Come explore the recent “hot topics” of Continuous Controls Monitoring and Auditing (CCM and CCA), and the drivers behind their recent popularity. Gain an understanding of the reasons to adopt CCM/CCA and important considerations and requirements for implementing these processes. Explore the benefits that these processes offer an organization and view some practical examples of where CCM/CCA can be used in an organization.
Speaker Bio
Kevin Holder is an Internal Audit & Controls Engagement Manager at Jefferson Wells and is based out of the Jefferson Wells Cincinnati office. He has been with the firm for three years.
Mr. Holder is a member of the firm’s Continuous Controls Monitoring & Continuous Controls Auditing (collectively, CCS) service offering team. He has been involved in all facets of the development of the CCS service offering.
During his 27 year career, Mr. Holder has served as a consultant, external auditor and financial & operational internal auditor for Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing, financial services and electronics industries. He has also served various smaller companies in a variety of business sectors in similar capacities and has served as a controller for an electronics manufacturing company. Mr. Holder has obtained both the CPA and CISA certifications.
